Meet and Greet car parking services will allow you to park your car in the most convenient way. Drive straight to the terminal where you will be met by a Chauffeur who will park your car at your booked car parking location. Call the chauffeur once you are back from your journey and your car will be delivered to the terminal.
With Park and Ride car parking service, you drive to your booked car parking location and leave your car keys with the car park. Car park than arranges transfers to the airport. Transfers are usually free but some car parks do charge transfer fee separately . Please check more info of your chosen product for further details.
Levy fee is a fee levied by the airport to car park operators to access the airport. Most of our car parks include this in the price and some car parks charge it separate to the booking fee.
All booking confirmations are sent to the email provided at the time of booking. In case you have not recieved the email please check your junk email box . You can contact us during our office hours or leave a ticket at our help desk and our support team will assist you.
Yes, you can change your return date 24hrs prior to the departure date. If you have already departed and left your vehicle with the car park you must contact the car park with your new return date and time.
These are only applicable to services which are cancellable( Saver and value products cannot be cancelled or amended). There is a certain time limit (usually 48hrs but may vary to product but it will be specified next to the product if this implies) that needs to be followed for cancellation requests to be accepted. Yes, you can, our customer support team will be glad to answer your queries and make a reservation for you.
Please call the number on your booking confirmation and inform the car park about the delay and they will be happy to assist you. Our car parks keep track of any changes in the flight schedule; you don’t have to worry if you appear before midnight. If you arrive after midnight, there is a £10-£20 charge(depending on the product), payable to the car park directly.
Usually, between 2-3 hours before your flight departure. More specifically, for domestic flights we recommend 2 hours and for international flights for 3 hours.
Yes, you can edit your booking timings, flight number, vehicle details during our office hours by calling us on 01283 899947 or by leaving a ticket at our Help Desk, where our customer services team will be happy to assist you.
